About this Role:
We are looking for a creative, dedicated, organized, high-energy professional to join our team and head creative strategy for Doe. This position is ideal for someone who loves innovating processes and can take lead on creative direction cross-departmentally.
Responsibilities:
- Define and develop our strategic creative direction to successfully push the Doe brand forward.
- Create and edit original marketing assets and content through various visual mediums
- Lead the development and manage executional output of creative team resources (AD, Video, Social, etc.)
- Oversee and continually find inspiration for creative assets using Facebook Ad Library, Pinterest, etc.
- Deliver original breakthrough ideas for a variety of consumer touch-points across direct response execution to complex brand narratives.
- Attend brand marketing meetings and be the voice that communicates digital creative vision and processes
- Work with different departments to develop a variety of content needs that meets campaign and product launch briefs, and delivers on measurable business results
- Work to streamline creative processes to improve team structure at a wider level, providing input on wider operational systems as needed
- Lead the development and execution of full funnel digital creative content rooted in insights for a performance-driven marketer, with a focus on content that drives ecommerce performance and brand loyalty
Apply if you have:
- Experience creating direct response ads that convert.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, Asana, Airtable, and Slack
- Passionate about building the Doe brand towards iconic status. History of problem solving and bringing innovative solutions.
- 5+ years experience as a CD managing creative teams.
- A self-starter attitude and a passion for working in fast-paced environments
