We are looking to hire a full-time General Manager for doe.
In this position, you will be overseeing the execution of internal initiatives across administrative, product, operations, community, and marketing with an emphasis on product development. In this role, you will organize the team’s workload, prioritize workflow, and keep the team on track with key milestones and deliverables. The ideal candidate has the proven ability to make evaluated decisions in a fast-paced environment, guides projects from inception to completion, is detail-oriented, and forges strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners.
This role will report directly to the CEO.
You must be based in Los Angeles to be considered for this position.
responsibilities
- Own and manage P&L of the web and retail channel to focus on the bottom line.
- Develop and monitor revenue plans & KPIs and align business strategies accordingly.
- Aligning market trends and brand direction to inform product development roadmap.
- Oversee product development projects from brief through final execution by initiating and maintaining timelines, budget, and milestones with the product development team.
- Create detailed project plans which identify the activities required to complete the project and follow up on all items with members across various teams in the organization. Ensure everyone is in sync with their requirements and deliverables
- Develop an understanding of key company objectives, cross-functional initiatives, and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders in the marketing, product, creative, and operations teams.
- Hire, train and develop a team to support and drive your vision.
- Establish and clearly communicate deadlines to cross-functional teams. Tracking, recapping, and communicating next steps and holding teams accountable by reinforcing leadership decisions.
